About edit tools

The edit tools share one simple editor, so every page opens on the control you came for with a sensible starting value, and you can combine changes before downloading. Crop to 1:1, 4:5, 16:9, 3:2 or 9:16 with a centred crop, rotate in 90° steps, or flip a mirrored selfie.

For tone and colour, the brightness, contrast and saturation sliders each run from 0 to 200 percent, and grayscale turns a photo black and white. The effects tab blurs, pixelates or sharpens the whole image. To annotate, add a line of text in one of nine positions, frame the picture with a coloured border, or mark it with a semi-transparent text watermark.

Changes preview live as you work. When you download, the image is rendered on the server at full resolution in a single pass, so nothing is resampled twice. PNG files stay PNG with transparency intact; JPG, WebP and other formats are saved as high-quality JPG. Uploads travel over HTTPS, are processed in memory and are not stored.
