How to print passport photos on a 6×4 sheet
Upload your photo and choose the size, such as India or UK 35×45 mm or US 2×2 in. The tool opens in Print sheet mode. Pick how many copies you want and the preview shows the layout on a white 6×4 in page; only the counts that fit at the chosen size are offered. Fit your face to the guide using Zoom (switch to Single photo briefly to see the oval), replace the background if needed, and download the sheet.
The sheet is a 1800×1200 pixel JPG at 300 DPI. Every photo is placed at its exact pixel size, so it prints at the real document dimensions and is never scaled down. Order a standard 6×4 in (also called 4×6 or 10×15 cm) print at a photo lab or kiosk, or print it at home on photo paper.
Which layout to choose
How many copies fit depends on the photo size. A 6×4 in sheet holds up to 8 photos at 35×45 mm or 33×48 mm, 6 at US 2×2 in, 3 at Canada 50×70 mm, and 12 employee badge photos at 25×30 mm. Copy counts that would not fit are hidden, so whatever you choose prints at true size.
Photos sit in a centred grid. Where there is room, a small gap with thin light grey cut lines separates them; when leaving out the gap fits more copies, as with 2×2 in photos, they are placed edge to edge so you can cut along the shared borders. Some labs trim a sliver from the edges of a print, so for edge-to-edge sheets check that their prints are not cropped.
Printing tips
Turn off any fit to page, borderless or auto-enhance option in your printer or lab order, so the image is printed at 100 percent. Use matte or semi-gloss photo paper; some authorities do not accept photos printed on plain paper. Let the print dry fully before cutting, and use a ruler and a sharp blade for straight edges.
The sheet only arranges copies of your photo. It does not check that the photo meets passport requirements, so confirm the current rules with the issuing authority first.
